We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express takes 1-3 business days. Shipping is free on orders over a certain value, depending on your location.
Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most of our timepieces have a water resistance of 3 ATM, meaning they are resistant to splashes and rain but should not be worn while showering, swimming, or diving.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective plastic and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
How do I change the strap on my watch?
Many of our watches feature interchangeable straps. You can use the strap-changing tool included in the bottom of your watch box to easily swap styles in seconds.
Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches come with a limited two-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
